Secure Access Guide

To get started, we may need access to a few of your online accounts. Here is how to add us safely — please never send us a username or password.

Important

Never send usernames or passwords. Instead, invite us as a user on the account. You stay in control and can remove our access anytime.

Google Business Profile

  1. 1Sign in to your Google Business Profile
  2. 2Select your business
  3. 3Click Business Profile Settings
  4. 4Click People and Access
  5. 5Select Add User
  6. 6Enter the email address we provide
  7. 7Choose Manager
  8. 8Click Invite

Google Analytics

  1. 1Open Google Analytics
  2. 2Click Admin
  3. 3Select Property Access Management
  4. 4Click the + icon
  5. 5Add the email address we provide
  6. 6Grant Viewer or Analyst access unless otherwise requested

Google Search Console

  1. 1Open Search Console
  2. 2Click Settings
  3. 3Click Users and Permissions
  4. 4Add User
  5. 5Enter the email address we provide
  6. 6Grant Full access

Google Ads

  1. 1Sign into Google Ads
  2. 2Go to Tools & Settings
  3. 3Click Access & Security
  4. 4Add the email address we provide
  5. 5Grant Standard access unless otherwise requested

WordPress

  1. 1Create a new Administrator account for us
  2. 2Do not share your personal login credentials
  3. 3After the project is complete, this account can be removed

Website Hosting

  1. 1If hosting changes are required, we will explain exactly what access is needed
  2. 2Whenever possible, use delegated access instead of passwords

Domain Registrar

  1. 1If DNS updates are required, we will provide step-by-step instructions
  2. 2In many cases, direct access is not needed

Facebook Business Manager

  1. 1Open Meta Business Suite
  2. 2Go to Business Settings
  3. 3Click People or Partners
  4. 4Add the Business ID we provide
  5. 5Grant only the permissions needed for the project
